Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our products are custom printed on demand. We offer replacements or refunds for any product that is damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their items.

For Returns for Refund a return label is created and the label fee is applied to the total amount refunded.

Returns must be postmarked within seven days of approval. Do not use Priority Mail packaging to ship back returns.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  •     Your order number
  •     Item name
  •     A description of the damage
  •     Photos of the damage
 

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the Fast Custom Gear support team, we cannot process a refund, credit, or replacement. Items that are damaged due to use or normal wear and tear may be denied a refund.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team.

Notice
All items are subject to inspection upon arrival back to Fast Custom Gear. We reserve the right to refuse a return. If a return is denied we will provide you with an explanation upon request. We thank you in advance for your understanding. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
